ELEVI and its partners use cookies or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the Sites and Solutions, track users’ movements around the Sites and Solutions, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. Our Sites and Solutions include widgets. Widgets are interactive mini-programs that run on our Sites and Solutions to provide specific services from other companies. Security of personal information is of the utmost importance to ELEVI. ELEVI uses physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect the security of your personal information from misuse, unauthorized or unlawful access or disclosure, loss, alteration, damage or destruction.
Nevertheless, such security measures cannot prevent all loss, misuse or alteration of personal information and we are not responsible for any damages or liabilities relating to any such incidents to the fullest extent permitted by law. As ELEVI is a global organization, your personal information may be shared with other ELEVI offices, affiliates or subsidiaries around the world to provide the Solutions you have purchased and the services that you have requested. For order processing and payment, ELEVI collects, processes and transmits cardholder data in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
Residents of the State of California, under California Civil Code § 1798.83, have the right to request from companies conducting business in California a list of all third-parties to which the company has disclosed personal information during the preceding year for direct marketing purposes. ELEVI qualifies for the alternative option.
